Commercial Tree Care in Central Arkansas

Preserving and protecting what matters through expert tree care, for properties where safety, curb appeal, and liability all count.

ANSI A300 & Z133 Standards

24/7 Emergency Storm Response

Your trees are part of how people see your property. Tenants, customers, residents, and visitors notice them before they notice the building. A healthy, well-kept canopy says the property is cared for. A dead limb over a parking lot or a leaning oak by the entrance says the opposite, and it puts people and your business at risk.

Treegorilla provides commercial tree care across Central Arkansas for property managers, business owners, HOAs, and owners of high-profile properties who want more than a crew with a chainsaw. Our work is led by Chad Bryant, one of only four Board Certified Master Arborists in Arkansas and the only one in Central Arkansas. Fewer than 2% of arborists ever earn that credential.

Preservation-Focused Arboriculture for Commercial Properties

Most tree companies are built around cutting. We’re built around keeping. Our niche is preservation-focused arboriculture for clients who value safety, stewardship, and the long-term health of their trees. On a commercial property, that means protecting the trees that add value while dealing quickly and safely with the ones that don’t.

When a tree truly needs to come down, we’ll tell you plainly and remove it safely. When a tree can be saved with the right pruning, support, or soil care, we’ll show you the options and what each one costs. You get a clear plan instead of a sales pitch.

Commercial Tree Services

Tree Pruning and Clearance

We prune to ANSI A300 standards to keep trees structurally sound and out of the way. That includes clearance over parking lots, sidewalks, drive lanes, signage, lighting, and rooflines, plus deadwood removal over high-traffic areas. Proper pruning lowers risk without topping or disfiguring your trees.

Hazardous and Commercial Tree Removal

Some trees can't be saved. Dead, failing, or storm-damaged trees near buildings, power lines, and public walkways need careful, planned removal. Our crews follow ANSI Z133 safety requirements on every job and work around your business hours to limit disruption.

Arborist Consultations and Tree Risk Assessments

Not sure which trees are a liability? An arborist consultation gives you a professional assessment of tree health, structure, and risk across your property. It's the right first step for property managers planning a budget, HOAs facing resident concerns, and owners who want documentation before making decisions.

Plant Health Care, Soil, and Root Care

Commercial landscapes are tough on trees. Compacted soil, pavement over root zones, and limited water stress even mature oaks and elms. Our plant health care and soil and root care programs address the cause, not just the symptoms, so your trees stay healthy for decades.

Construction Site Tree Protection

Building, expanding, or repaving? Construction damage is one of the most common reasons established trees decline years later. We help plan around your most valuable trees before work begins and protect their root zones while it's underway.

Cabling and Bracing

For valuable trees with weak unions or heavy limbs, supplemental support systems can reduce the chance of failure and buy the tree years of safe life.

24/7 Emergency and Storm Response

Arkansas storms don't wait for business hours. When a tree is down on a building, blocking an entrance, or hanging over a parking lot, call (501) 606-1309. We answer around the clock for emergency service.

How Our Commercial Process Works

01.

You reach out.

Chad answers, gets the details, and recommends whether an arborist consultation or a standard estimate makes the most sense.

02.

We assess the property on site.

We call the morning of your appointment and again within an hour of arrival. On site, we photograph the trees and talk through your concerns, budget, and timeline.

03.

You get a written proposal within 2 days.

Every proposal is emailed and itemized as included, recommended, or optional, so you can prioritize and approve only what you need.

04.

We schedule the work.

Once approved, most jobs are completed within two weeks, depending on scope and storm season. We plan around your hours, tenants, and traffic.

05.

We finish and follow up.

We leave the site clean. Pay in person or by invoice; we accept check, credit card, and invoicing.

Our Core Values at Work on Your Property

Every Treegorilla job is guided by five core values.

Safety.

Every crew follows ANSI Z133 safety requirements. We protect your people, your property, and ours.

Stewardship.

We treat your trees as long-term assets, not obstacles. Preserving healthy trees is always our first option.

Integrity.

You get an honest assessment and an itemized proposal. If a tree doesn't need work, we'll say so.

Teamwork.

We coordinate with property managers, landscapers, contractors, and boards so the work fits your operation.

Expertise.

Board-certified leadership, ANSI A300 pruning standards, and more than two decades of hands-on tree care.

Credentials You Can Verify

Commercial clients should be able to check who’s working on their property. You can confirm our arborists’ certifications directly with the International Society of Arboriculture. Look up any ISA-certified arborist on the ISA Find an Arborist directory.
